Rig1Group Ltd – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rig1 website (“Site”), any purchases you make through the Site, and your participation in our wait list, competitions, and membership services.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Company Information

The Site is operated by Rig1Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16423990), registered address:

71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Payments & Memberships

All payments are processed securely via Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own terms and conditions. Rig1Group Ltd does not store your payment details.
Waiting List: Purchasing the Waiting List Package provides early access to the Rig1 app once launched and includes your first month’s subscription at no extra cost.
Annual Membership: Purchasing the Annual Membership provides access to the Rig1 app for 12 months from activation.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, digital purchases may be subject to a statutory cooling-off period unless you choose to waive this right to gain immediate access. For most international customers, no cooling-off period will apply.
By purchasing, you confirm you understand you are paying in advance for digital access that will be delivered when the app is launched.

3. Competitions

As a gesture of goodwill, all Waiting List and Annual Membership purchasers are automatically entered into competitions at no extra charge.
Entry to competitions is free for qualifying customers and cannot be purchased separately.
Prizes will typically include travel and holiday packages, though exact prizes may vary.
Rig1Group Ltd reserves the right to change, substitute, or cancel any competition or prize at our discretion.
Winners are selected at random. All decisions made by Rig1Group Ltd in relation to competitions are final and binding.
Competitions are open internationally, but prizes may be subject to travel restrictions, entry requirements, or other limitations beyond our control.

4. App Access & Launch

All memberships provide digital-only access; no physical goods will be shipped.
Access to the app will be provided via a unique access code sent to your registered email address once the app is ready.
Any dates mentioned in marketing materials regarding launch are indicative only and not contractually binding.
Rig1Group Ltd reserves the right to delay, modify, or remove features of the app without liability.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to share your access code or allow others to use your membership.
All training, tools, and content within the app are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

The Rig1 app includes tools, resources, and AI-powered features such as “Rusty” the AI chatbot. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, all advice is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional, legal, or financial advice.
Rig1Group Ltd makes no guarantees regarding results, income, or job placement from using the app.
The app and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rig1Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, competitions, or membership services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
